ORVI is a social app on Solana. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page. It is written plainly on purpose: if you cannot tell what you are agreeing to, it is not worth much to either of us.

You must be 18 or older. The app connects to a crypto wallet and moves real money, which is not something to put in front of a child. The same age applies in our privacy policy and our child safety standards.
You also have to be allowed to use a service like this where you live. We do not check that for you, and it is not our job to know your local law better than you do.
There is no sign-up form, no email address and no password. You connect a supported Solana wallet and sign a message to prove the wallet is yours. That signature costs nothing and moves nothing.
We never ask for, receive or store your private key or seed phrase. Nobody from ORVI will ever ask you for one. Anybody who does is not us.
Keeping your wallet safe is yours to do. Anything done with your connected wallet — a tip sent, a pass minted, a post written — counts as done by you.
ORVI is for memes, pictures and short video. These are not allowed, at all:
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you let us show it inside ORVI, which is the only way a feed can work.
We remove what breaks these rules and we can ban the account and block the wallet, without warning. There is a report button on every post and comment, and you can block anybody.
XP is a score for taking part. Tiers are passes you can mint. Both change what you can do inside the app: how much you can post in a day, how long a caption can be, where you sit on the leaderboard.
XP is not money and has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. We can change the rules that earn and spend it, and we have done, usually to shut down somebody gaming it.
XP earned by cheating gets taken back, and the account gets banned. Running extra accounts to inflate your own counts as cheating.
Tips and mints happen on the Solana blockchain, from your wallet, signed by you. Once a transaction is confirmed it is final. We do not hold your funds and we cannot reverse, refund or recover a payment, including one sent to the wrong person or approved by mistake.
Read what your wallet shows you before you approve it. That prompt is the last point at which anything can be stopped.
There are fees, and here they are: a tip sends 95% to the creator and keeps 5% for the platform. Unlocking a locked post with XP sends 80% of the XP to the creator and burns the rest. Minting a pass costs whatever the mint screen says at the time.
We sometimes set money aside for members, like the early user reward. These are discretionary. Being on a list is not a debt we owe you, and we can set conditions, a deadline, or decide somebody is not eligible.
Claiming records that you asked for it. It does not send anything by itself: payments go out later, in batches. Accounts we find farming engagement are excluded, and that decision is ours.
We add things, remove things and change how things work. A feature you like today may not be here next month. We are not liable to you or anybody else for changing, pausing or stopping any part of ORVI.
ORVI is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or never lose anything.
You can stop using ORVI whenever you like. To have your account and content removed, write to [email protected] from a wallet you can prove is yours. There is no delete button in the app yet; this is how it is done until there is.
We can suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules. Anything already sent on the blockchain stays sent, in both directions.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Carrying on using ORVI after that means the new version applies to you. If a change matters, we will say so in the app rather than hope you notice a date.
Questions, complaints, or something on this page that looks wrong: [email protected]. A real person reads it.
