ORVI has no tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Not as content, not as behaviour, not as an attempt. This page sets out the standard, how to report something, and what happens when you do.

Contact your local police or emergency services first. Report it to us straight afterwards at [email protected]. Do not wait for us to answer before calling them.
All of the following are banned outright. There is no warning, no strike system and no appeal on a first offence.
You must be 18 or older. The app holds a crypto wallet and moves real money, so it is not built for children and is not directed at them. An account we find belongs to someone under 18 is removed. This matches our privacy policy, which says the same thing.
Use the Report option on any post, comment, profile, story or message, and pick the reason that fits. Child safety reports jump the queue ahead of everything else.
Write to [email protected] with whatever detail you have, such as a link, a username or a wallet address. You do not need an ORVI account to report something to us, and you do not have to give us your name.
Please do not download, save or forward the material itself to prove a point. Send us the link and let us handle it.
ORVI complies with the child safety and reporting laws that apply where we operate, including mandatory reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material. We keep reviewing those obligations as laws change, and we would rather over-report to the authorities than sit on something.
