ORVI is a social app on Solana. You sign in with a wallet, so there is no email, no password and no sign-up form. That one decision removes most of what an app would normally hold about you. This page is an honest account of the rest.

Almost all of this is public by design. A post is public, a comment is public, your profile is public, and a signed-out visitor can read them on the website. Direct messages are not public, but they are stored on our server and they are not end to end encrypted, so treat them as private from other members rather than private from us.
This only happens if you start a quest or claim a reward. It is never part of signing in.
We ask X for permission to read public things only. We never post as you, never read your messages, and never see your X password.
The Android app asks for three permissions in total: internet access, network state, and permission to show notifications. Nothing else.
When you sign in on the website we set a single cookie named orvi_session. It holds your sign-in token, it lasts 30 days, and it is marked httpOnly, which means the scripts on the page cannot read it. Signing out clears it.
There is nothing else. No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker on the website.
Running the service needs other companies. Each one gets only what its job needs, and none of them pays us for anything about you.
We also hand things over when the law genuinely requires it, and we will say so publicly unless we are forbidden from saying so.
The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob between posts. AdMob may use your device advertising id to choose an ad and to count whether it worked. We do not send AdMob your wallet address, your profile or your posts.
Notifications are opt in. Android asks you once, and if you say no the app works normally. You can change your mind at any time in Android Settings under Notifications, and we drop the device id when you sign out.
A tip, a mint, a trade or a reward payment happens on Solana, not on our server. Those records are public forever, they are visible to anyone, and nobody, us included, can edit or delete them. That is how a public blockchain works, and it is worth knowing before you send one.
To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have your account and its content deleted, email [email protected] and tell us your wallet address. We will ask you to prove the wallet is yours, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone, and then we act within 30 days. Anything already written to the blockchain cannot be deleted, and we will say plainly which parts those are.
ORVI is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. The app holds a crypto wallet and moves real money through tips and on-chain transactions, so it is not built for children and is not directed at them. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
If you believe a child is using ORVI, or you see anything that puts a child at risk, tell us at [email protected] and we treat it as the highest priority. Our full child safety standards are published separately.
Our server and our storage sit with providers in the United States and the European Union, so using ORVI means your content and your IP address travel to those places. If you are in the EU or the UK, the lawful bases we rely on are performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in keeping that service secure and free of spam, and your consent for notifications and for personalised ads.
We change this page when the app changes, and the date at the top always says when. If a change means we start keeping something genuinely new, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page and hoping nobody reads it.
Questions about any of this
[email protected]A real person reads it. Ask us about anything on this page and we will answer plainly.
